You Can Help!

It’s Your Community – Get Involved!

First Connections VA helps more than children, parents and care providers. The work we do benefits the entire community. By working to ensure the most vital needs of our youngest citizens are addressed, First Connections VA is laying the groundwork for a better tomorrow for everyone.

Make a Donation

If you would like to make a donation to assist First Connections VA in the work we do in and around your community, please email Katie Sloan to discuss how your donation can have the most impact for the children in your area. Below is a list of suggested donations and items needed:

  • Gently used children’s books and toys
  • $100 for the purchase of books for our child care lending library
  • $425 for an application fee towards a Child Development Certificate for a Early Childhood Professional
  • $1000 to sponsor a child care center working towards quality improvement (could assist with playground improvement or material purchases)
